Privacy policy

We store your email, workspace metadata, API key hashes, run inputs and outputs, files you upload, and ledger entries. Run data is retained so you can audit charges.

Connected provider credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Staff cannot view them.

We do not sell personal data. Upstream providers receive only the input needed to execute a run.

You can delete keys, connections, files and your workspace from the dashboard or by emailing support@cracked.ai.
